For your information spent convictions are as follows:
Sentence	Spent after a rehabilitation of:
A sentence of imprisonment or corrective training for a term exceeding 6 months but not exceeding 30 months.	10 years
A sentence of cashiering, discharge with ignominy or dismissal with a disgrace from H.M. Service.	10 years
A sentence of imprisonment for a term exceeding 6 months.	7 Years
A sentence of dismissal from H.M Service.	7 Years
Any sentence of detention in respect of a conviction in service disciplinary proceedings.	5 Years
A fine or any other sentence subject to rehabilitation under the act.	5 Years

The time of rehabilitation period starts to run from the day of the conviction
